I have been using airtel mobile service for more than a year now, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The network has been down for more than 24 hours within this short period, causing significant inconvenience. Trying to reach a customer service executive is almost a mammoth task. When you finally manage to get through, the representatives are unresponsive and seem unaware of the network issues. They rarely provide appropriate information related to the problem.
The Airtel Thanks app, which is supposed to facilitate customer service, is essentially a bot that takes no responsibility for your complaints. The app mirrors the inefficiency of the customer service executives, who appear only to be interested in forwarding your request if youre applying for a new connection.
Adding to the frustration, despite activating Do Not Disturb(DND) services multiple times, I continue to receive 6-8 spam calls daily. This issue remains unresolved, further highlighting the poor customer support and lack of attention to customer needs.
Overall, the lack of effective customer service and continuous spam calls make Airtels mobile service a highly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
