Hello everyone, today I’ll share my reviews about "airtel", obviously airtel is not a name which you have to specify but why they are doing all wrong? I really don’t know.
Firstly I’ll cover the most basic thing i.e. network, I live in Delhi and my building has around 6 floors and it will be a miracle if you will find the network in ground and first floor.So, in short no network at all in my area.
Customer service: I had mailed them about the network issue several times and they rplied as well and that’s all only reply, no action nothing else and I think it’s sufficient about their customer service.
Charges and billing: A liitle bit high then the other operators.
In short, I am using a sim of another company and will never go back to the airtel.
