Sales executive Mrs. Renuka from J J Marketing, Nashik Soled me a Connection under MNP From Idea to Airtel I submitted the Documents and Gave Airtel People porting SMS . After that they immediately became unresponsive. Even After Constant Follow-up they didnt respond nay of my Phone calls and after 15 days of Submitting my form asked me to submit the documents again.
I am really upset with the customer service. Even when I went to JJ marketings Office at Mumbai Naka, Nashik the Ms. Sonali was totally uncooperative to handle my query. Don’t ever try the MNP or Use Airtel Services .
