This is regarding international roaming which was active on my mobile from 20-sept to 1st October. When I came back to Bangalore I called customer care to stop international roaming and later I called to sendAmount spent on the same and customer care person agreed on it.
As my mail id was not correct on the account I have put a request to change mail id first.
Now when I called up to ask send me details about my international roaming, customer care person is saying they can not provide the same.
Because of my earlier conversion with customer care, I have claimed the amount in my company and now customer care is not providing me mail for amount. without mail I can not claim that amount from company.
If customer care person have informed me initially when I asked about it, I could have waited for bill generation before claiming amount.
After which I did not pay that roaming amount. I kept paying my bill on time other than is pending amount for which they charged late fee also every month.
Even after calling customer care several time I did not get satisfactory response then I wrote mail to nodel officer but even after reminder I am not getting any reply. Today airtel has barred my outgoing and when I asked reason thy told as we did not get any response from concerned team, we assume that your amount will not be waived off so you need to make the payment.
Horrible support from Airtel where they charge you.
