Have been a subscriber of airtel since 5 years now. Very satisfied with their quality of service. They provide the best international roaming rates which ensures you remain connected even when you are travelling abroad. You don’t even have to pay for it unless you make an outgoing call. There are no charges for incoming messages which is actually good when you have to recieve OTPs for banking transactions. There are few connectivity issues on their 4G network in our area, probably due to towers being upgraded. Hope this gets solved at the earliest. Can’t wait for their VOLTE services to be launched, which would help overcome the only edge the competent operator Jio has over them.
