Hopeless Airtel CustomerCare guys...

With in a year this is my 4th sim which says ’Invalid Sim’& when I spoke to escalation dept , he says by 9th Feb I will get the resolution from tech dept and after that I will get new sim. And every time my contacts get deleted.


Without phone till 9th Feb? And when I tried calling Nodal officer...there’s no one to answer...neither he is busy. So whats the user of customer care guys??Hey Airtel.Just let me know any earliest solution so that I m back in contact with this world.
