I am using Airtel since 14/6/12.I want to share my expirence with all of you.
First of all, it is costliest mobile network of india Its call rates are more than Rs. 1.5/min.Also, its net pack are also very costly which cost 150 per GB of 3G.
Their Network Coverage is good but that too in cities. In villages or remote areas its network fails.
Also their internet speed is also very slow as compared with other network.
Their worst thing is that they cut your balance without piror notice. Recently I have 134 in my aacount and they cut it down without giving any reasons. I tried to speak with their customer care executive but they said that they will return my balance but they had’nt return it till now.This thing has happened to me many time.
So this show how much worst and fraud network is airtel.
