Hello guyz, Last month I have taken a new connection of airtel postpaid . Initialy I was very happy with the service but latter on I am starting facing isuues . Almost for a week my connection have a severe network issue that whenever I make call to anyone the call is disconnecting automatically and whenever someone calling in my number it is always saying that network is congested . I called the customer care and I described the issue but firstly they didnt know the solution of my issue and after that they escalate the call to senior and senior said they will give waiver for whatever cost is involved and they requested me to cal when bill was generated so they pass the waiver . Latter-on when I contacted about this issue they rejected my waiver and using very rude and abusive language .so after that they didnt give me any waiver and I discoonect the mobile number. Customer service from airtel is worst as of my experience.
