I buy a sim of airtel company about six months ago and insert the sim into my moto e 4g mobile. Then I recharge 4g data pack for one month. First ten minute its speed is 4g but next every time its show 2g speed.
Then I call customer care. The executive behave me rudely and no suggetion give me. They only said that they raise a complent. But there are no solution for me.
Airtel call service is good but internet service is very very low and customer care service also bad.
I recharge next month 4g pack again but the same problem I face again. But other sim insert my same phone there are no problem.
So I suggest that they need to be improve the customer service and internet service.
