My call charges would become 40p/min for local and STD calls for 60 days. I recharged my phone but instead got the message that my STD call rates become 40p/min and that too for only 3 days. I called Airtel Complaint No, 198.
The first agent disconnected the call while transferring to his Sup. Another agent(Manish) promised me that the pack is working and to make a call to check. But it was not. I called third time, the agent again disconnected the call as soon as I started to explain the problem.
I called again and this time the agent advised me to go to Airtel care and only they can solve it. He even refused the lodge a complaint. It is not about money but making false promises. I wasted my precious time on Diwali’s eve just to get a solution but it was a complete waste. My worst experience ever with Airtel!
