I’m using Airtel since 2009. Previously I lived in barasat there Airtel has very good coverage, but since 2016 I shifted near baguiati here I’m facing too much network issue in my colony. I logged a complain in Airtel open network website but nothing happend yet.I called their customer care several times but I guess they don’t bother about customer. Now day by day situation getting worse. I can’t even receive calls without going to our roof.I tried to port my number to some other network still Airtel creating problem there. They are not receiving my port request.i tried several times and my port request got cancelled by showing stupid reasons. Now I’m helpless I can’t even switch to other network can’t even keep this network.
That’s not all. They often give me hello tunes and other vas services without my permission. When I try to contact customer care they always say: our system is busy, I would like to request you, please call after 6 hours - bullshit after six hour there is an another excuse. And after that I can’t even call them because I have reached the daily limit.
This is Airtel. Really it’s a Smart network as shown in adds.
