I have recently shifted to mumbai and took airtel number. I have recharged with Rs. 37 for STD calls to charge at .35 paise, however, airtel has charged some calls for .70 paise, Re1.20 paise and .35 paise respectively for same number on a same day. I was calling customer care but it would never connect from my mobile.. I have contacted through airtel relation ship center with customer care, but they have no information and they just thrown me some nodal officer number but it didn;t work. And also with the SMS pack. I have recharged it in airtel relationship center with Rs95 which they said of 15000 sms for 30 days, but after a 100 msgs, they charged me with Rs 1.50 paise for each.
when contacted with customer care of course from airtel relation ship center, they said that offer has changed and there is no info with airtel relationship center itself. Worst ever experience with any mobile operator in life time...
