Purchased a Samsung tab and got free 2gb 4g with it. But while using the same they fools are charging me twice from 4g data balance as well as from my main balance. I visited airtel store, called customer care, mailed nodal, appellate every where. No one is responding positively have a single answer since 4th of November that team is working.
Looking like this is a way samsung and airtel is promoting their products but in actual no such offer is there. This is the way india, s most selling mobile phone company and best service provider.
Choice is yours choose or better to go for companies like idea and aircel atleast they take such complaints and atleast respond.
