I’m currently using airtel postpaid for more than 8 months. Actually the Plan was Rs.200 also I included 2G internet pack with an amount of Rs.175(1 GB per month). But if I get the bills every month. They used to send me more than Rs.550. If I enquire customer care.
They used to say some false information.Like I used more internet. Even I can not get the usage of internet after using it. Manually every time I should check it. And that also post 6 Hrs usages only I can able to get. If I call many time each customer care persons says different answers. And there is no good customer care support given for Airtel Post paid customers like they respond for Prepaid Customers.
And now I request for port change. So that I planned to cancel airtel postpaid connection.
