I had an opportunity to visit customer realation ship centre at Bandra (w) it was really very dis organised . no proper customer service.
Only one lady at the counter attending all , trying her best to satisfy the customer but always leaving the customer dis satisfied.One senior couple not allowed to see the senior officer on duty was flatly refused.They were heard asking that why is the board out side means customer service.’the lady remained staring at them .The sevice is not worth even a star.
I suggest mr;S, Mittal Air tel is not ur cup of tea.U better go for wall mart as u surely need some imported civilized people to help u run Airtel air tel shoul be more carefull sp. c.service it seems they have more customer than they can cope..also during the fire as soon as partial srtvice were restored my balance was getting deducted for many days althogh my mob. was not able to make calls, I was assured that I wold get it credited as soon as services would resume till date no amt. is credited in my a/c mr. Mittal pls remember it is my haed earned mony my blood and sweat. pls. dont do this to us otherwise u know God is great.
