Worst customer support I have ever seen

I choose Airtel network by doing Number portability from Tata dokomo, just because of their availability of service is any where in India and they provide good network coverage.but after 2 month bad experience now planning to switch my number from Airtel to again Tata dokomo.


I had taken 3 number on my name and my all 3 plan was 599 per month, but After analyze one month I found that it is better to choose family plan so that we can save the money as all 3 number does not consume all their available limits.


I called customer support team( 121), then they said to combined all number I need to send a mail, and I did that, even I get a confirmation from that my number has become parental where as other two number has joined under as child plan, but still I am getting separate bill, and mine is enhanced bill.


When I complained again 10 days back regarding this issue, they said that our senior person will call you and solve the issue but I did not any call fr 3 days, and again after a week I wait and when I called them again I got the same answer, sorry sir, we will do it in 24 hour. Then finally I wrote mail to their senior official and then they send me again to the retail store with new document for getting combined of all number.


But they refuse to return my bill amount which has been charged for their mistake.


I think they are intentionally and tactically cheating their customer.
