Hello every one I am paresh and I have been using airtel postpaid from last 3 years .but now a dayes there is a bigg compitition for airtel and that is Jio.and yes if I am talking about network when I am using internet 4G there is only 2 network bar is shown and even I can’t get my all calls when I am using internet so day by day airtel connection is geting poor.
And ye about coustomer care if I am calling them for any complaint and any quary they are just giving TAT or other wise they told that we have system problem so we con’t check your details properlly .and even when I am visited to store they are just behave like a government employe. So airtel plese solve those issue.
And about charges yest from last 3 year I am satisfyed with the billngs. And about the plan now airtel also giving nice and affordable plane.
