I have been with Airtel for about 16 years. They don’t value loyalty and have pathetic support staff. Complaints are not addressed properly and people are mislead. Recently I had applied for 2 new connections which was activated after 2 weeks(though assured within 5 days) and one line got deactivated within 5 days of working.
The follow up with customer care is of no help. Even after 10 days no one is even clear about the problem. Will sue them in consumer court.
