The only thing I can say is they are the biggest chor of India. I had their service and auto payment through my citibank a/c its been 8 months since I have left India and cancelled my a/c and they still debit my a/c and I cant do anything because citibank cannot do anything. If I call them they just dont bother. even several emails have not helped.
And NOW! this freaking airtel call home service. How did I get into this. I would say they should be sued. neither did I get the equal amount of recharge as shown in the website. nor am I able to make a single call till date. for the first 3 days I was not even able to log into the account. They just know how to cheat people. And just forget about the customer service, they will never ever answer your phone. I got so frustrated that I stayed on the line for more than 2 hours. I just put in the speaker phone and waited till they answer. but NO the CSR are busy. I tried again but the same.
The phoen number they provided never ever works.
For gods sake. dont fool yourself and create a a/c in airtel call home.
