Worst experience with Airtel

This is with reference to my airtel postpaid, the SIM card was blocked due to the address verification document.


Where as one of  executive by name Madhu  had been for physical verification three weeks ago . After


the physical verification was done, the same was updated to airtel database and


I also received call from airtel customer care saying that the change of


address is been updated.


But to my surprise after three weeks later, airtel blocks


the access to SIM with out any prior information OR SMS.  On speaking to various airtel customer care


executives, it was said that the SIM is blocked for address proof


document.


I really need to know are the airtel team professionalized


in all means?


First instance, Airtel got to know only after three weeks of


physical verification and updating in data base, that there is no document for


address proof?


Secondly, when a verification executive is coming for


verifying he is supposed to verify the address get the necessary documents OR


forms signed from the customer and collect the necessary document pertaining to


it. This is the general verification norms


Various verification executives had been for


five times of physical verification and got the forms signed from us but never


insisted for any documents from me.


I wonder how efficient airtel executives are? How they


perform their jobs both indoor and outdoor without knowing what is the work is


assigned to them and what are they supposed to perform OR to do.


It’s absolutely not my responsibility to submit OR produce


any documents until and unless the airtel person demands for it.


Does Airtel expect


the customers to handle their executives?


As it is purely Airtel part of mistakes and inefficient way


of airtel executives working.


If Airtel cannot provide


proper services to customers, come out saying that you guys cannot handle


customers for the basic/general queries.


I have undergone a lot of


mental trauma with airtel team and I am really unhappy and regret for taking up


airtel connection.
