I am from the Service Industry & I evry well understand the difference between excellent, good, average 7 poor service. Airtel DTH - By far is the worst service provider I have ever come across. They just don’t care about the clients. My DTH service is NOT working for over 15 days now. My mom & myself have been chasing them almost everyday.
Each day, I am given a new story by their uneducated call centre employees. My service request is randomly closed & I receive a sms saying my service is resolved. While in reality, nothing has happened.
Bharti’s - Sunil Mittal has a I don’t care attitude.
I have written to him as well. But there is No reply from them.
Also, guess what.. I am told that I have to pay the engineer whenever he comes. All my friends have already shifted to TATA SKY. I think I will move next too!
I would not recommend AIRTEL DTH to anyone.
Don’t buy.
