I have had a worst nightmare while continuously calling Airtel Customer Care back to back from last 2 days. Such a pathetic call taking attitude of, whom I spoke.
My Reviws:
1- Could not understand my problems
2- Could not speak correct English. rather "Hinglish"
3- All Passing my headache to others. and only saying. plz wait sir. thing will happen. no worries. and back to back lies.
4- Floor supervisors/Manager. commits something and then forgets. so false commitments and no responsibility of what so ever. Let customer suffer. not my headache. Thats the attitude.!
Situation: I had lost my phone, outside Karnataka Airtel Circle, and hence had to request for duplicate SIM at City: Dehradun Airtel office.
They gave me sim and I provided my POA/POI and the story starts from there.
Commitment of 4 hours of activation was provided, got stretched for last 24-48 hours. and still not being fixed.
Have called them like 15 times. no one bothers. blaming each other departments.
-1st Reason: "Sir Airtel office did not create correct Service Request. plz tell them to do take care?. Should I tell them or its Airtel Internal problem?. Being customer, I had to give my ID/POA, fill up application form. tthts it. rest is there process to sort me out!
-2nd Reason or Lie" " Sir card is active. plesae restart phone. or wait for 4th of May. as its 48 hours. Your Case is in waiting status. so please wait.
I ask, what do you mean by waiting status. "no no sir, we dont know. it blackened technical Team, but you should wiat for next 24 hours." Very good!
- 3rd Reason: Supervisors/Managers: Fake commitments, lies. not getting back to customer on time, not even bothered to address issues with utmost respect and follow up with in Airtel and updating customer. Come-on Guys grow up!
Credibilty of Airtel has been hamppered coz of people like these. who just try to pass 8-9 hours of work!
