Sucks without a doubt

While it would be unfair to call just Airtel only as a very bad service provider, in comparison Vodafone and Idea has been giving fairly better customer service to its users. Their network performance has waned in the last few years.


I thought reliance used to be the only company that inflated bills in the last few months, it looks like even Airtel has started doing it. There call center employees are either not helpful at all or act a little too dumb. Some of them cannot even speak good English, what a pity!


The whole episode started when my mother got a bill with internet charges mentioned and she does not even use it on the desktop and how much internet can you use in a feature phone(She does not like phone without buttons).A call center guy I called up was completely clueless and started searching for answers which even after holding for 15 mins was elusive. After around 3 or 4 rounds, we decided to terminate the connection


Bye Bye Airtel!
