*This is in regards to the complaintno.22021042. On the 12th Of July I contacted Just Dail Bangalore toget the number of the local Airtel Rep who could provide me withdetails of Airtel Broadband. I was given the number of Mr. Manju(9900564626) who resides in Indranagar as per him and services South Bangalore. He told me he I would need documents andRs. 1000 as safety deposit for the connection. On Monday the 13th OfJuly Mr. Manjunath contacted me as said he was sendingsomebody. In the afternoon I was visited by a Mr. Pradeep(990695047)who was wearing an Airtel Uniform. He provided me with the neccesaryforms amdtookmy documents. I wanted to pay by check but he insistedthat I pay cash as the cheque would take time to clear and cash wouldget me the connection faster.
I agreed and paid him a cash of Rs. 1000. He said he would SMS me the refrence number once he logged it in his office.There was no sms no calls from him.I triedcalling but the number was switched off. Today at 3pm I try callingagain and a person named Mr.Lucky(990695047) picks up and says that he just joined Airtel today and this number is new to him. After I question him he says that the Compay the Job is outsourced to is Connect Hub in WilisonGarden.Iask for his manager number which he doesnt have and also he tells me herecieved other calls from people who faced the same Issues.
