I have been using airtel no. 9892505257 and 9987716800 from past 9 year. There was no problem . but from last 6 months there lot of network issues. I called up customer care 121 they noted my complaint and gave me complaint number. And assured me there will looking in to my problem.
month past no revert. after regular follow up as if they pay us for using their network. I have whole collection of all 11 complaint number and escalation which really never escalated they matter. One fine day they call for feed back and say (Im using word say. because they dont ask) your complaint is solve and all your open complain is close from our end. In really im till date facing problem of network. after putting complain on Facebook only formality reply of we will look in to the matter has come no action till date.
On the second instance, when I lost my sim card, I went to their Bandra airtel gallery (most disgusting and unprofessional people manage that) they did had any sim card for me, so no option I have to call again call center, executive promise to deliver me the sim card next day. But how can they fulfil what they say. we do mistake by using there services and my phone was not working it was my need so I have to call up again next new executive telling it will take one more day. I told him send me this in writing - WE CANNOT DO THAT. I told him to transfer to senior - IM ONLY SENIOR, I told him to give me number of western region head or some responsible person -
WE CANNOT GIVE THAT.
SO POINT IS DEAL WITH US ONLY.
Im platinum customer of Airtel. Im very very upset regarding the way they handle there customer. will surely go for portability and for better service provider.
