Hello, friends, I used Airtel for few years and finally drop it. The main cause of stop using it, its customer care and unnecessary money deduction issue. Whenever I fill my balance with a decent amount, and its being held for few days Airtel activate some useless services on my number and deduct my money. I faced this several times.
As usual, I wast my time through keep calling and calling their customer care and ask about the issue, their reply would be level. they answered me that I activate the service myself. I told them on this issue that this is my personal number and I never share my phone with anyone so its not possible to activate any services without my knowledge. But all arguments are useless because money was not refunded.
Yeah sometimes I got my money back after a long argument with the customer care staff but maximum times I silently accept the loss.
