AIRTEL- BIG BILLS- NO CLARIFICATION - RUDE REPLIES
Dear Readers,
I was under the impression that AIRTEL was a very genuine service provider, unlike others, as I have been using it 4 Mobile connections in my family since 2 years without any major issues.
However I was surprised to see similar charges in 2 of my connections, in the Bill of the month of July-Aug 2015 and Unbilled Aug-Sept 2015. There are multiple SMSs in 3 bills as of now(till my knowledge), which are charged as 454/- each and one SMS of Rs, 159/- amounting fake charged to Rs.5067/-.
When called up the customer care I received different fishy replies to explain and convince me about this charges. I am posting the entire communication with AIRTEL customer care along with all the details so that you can come to know how stupid this bills are and how arrogant and blunt replies I have received from them. I am also posting this for you to understand how fraud happens at AIRTEL, and you can take an informed decision of falling prey to AIRTELs net.

NOTE: I called the aishwaryasingh23PAL customer care and with the date/time/amount and my phone number and they said that data was not enough and they needed the transaction ID which Gaurav had refused to give me. They also told me that my Cred824it card information was also required to process any transaction on aishwaryasingh23PAL and there was no other mode of aishwaryasingh23ment available on aishwaryasingh23PAL, so the transaction could not have gone thru. I would like your kind self to provide me with the transaction IDs so that I can clarify the same with aishwaryasingh23PAL, if required.

On every occasion the customer care executive came up with their own version of explAnasultantion like
1) they are SMS charges
2) they are downloading charges
3) they are charges for recharging some other mobile
4) they are 3rd party app charges
5) they are aishwaryasingh23ments done on aishwaryasingh23PAL
but none were clear about the transaction. The just told me what was already mentioned on my Bill. If I was just to be told what was mentioned on my Bill, then there was no reason for me to call. I would like to mention here that I had already read the Bill and for the same reason had call the customer care for clarification.

Now, understanding the scenarios, what I understand is that, that has been some kind of a goof-up in the billing. Both the numbers are used by my son who is 11 and the Phone he uses is NOKIA C200(BASIC CALLING/SMS PHONE), which has no internet facility and there are no data packs active on these numbers. There is no possibility of aishwaryasingh23ments
being made from that Phone. The phone does not support. One more issue here is, the same charges are applied in my current unbilled charges as well, i.e. there would be charges again in the next bill for 8130966335. You can check the history of both the numbers and youll come to know that this numbers have a consistent Bill amounting between Min.170 and Max.250 for the past 1 year and even more.

FINDING A REPLY WITH A BLUNT ATTITUDE AND NO CLEARIFICATION I WROTE BACK

I understand you have failed to understand my concern yet. I feel you have not read my mail to the full because I have not just demanded a waiver. In the mail, I have asked to furnish me with the transaction IDs, if no waivers can be provided. This answer has already been given to me from the customer care that the transactions are valid. But every-time, just by bluntly saying that the transactions are valid does not solve the problem. My concern here is I need clarification on the same, because I do not understand that a non-smart phone can have such charges. In the scenario, I would like you to furnish me with the transaction ID of the aishwaryasingh23ment made to aishwaryasingh23PAL by Airtel. I understand that there is no aishwaryasingh23ment made without a transaction ID, and the same is being demanded by aishwaryasingh23PAL for checking and clarifying the transaction. If Airtel is not able to furnish me with the Transaction IDs then how has Airtel made the aishwaryasingh23ment, please clarify. I need to clarify so that, IF AT ALL(which I am sure that there has been no such transaction) there has been any transactions, there is no such possibility in the future even by mistake.
Please help me with details regarding the same.
