I took airtel Connection in Dhanbad(Jharkhand) as I had no other choice apart from BSNL(non-availability of SIM). But eventually over the time these bunches of crooks waste no time in realizing it’s customer, however you smiles on expressing your self, but ultimately you are here for looting it’s customer.
Things started happening when I subcribed to GPRS, it worked for two weeks and after that it always says ’’PPP link error protocol’’, right from top to bottom of their team they used to say it’s your problem and thr had been no problem with the network and then even it took more than 15 days for them to discontinued my GPRS service, just to ensure next billing start.
One more money minting business they had is tt ripp off in their premium number 678 number only to hear that this service is not available. If the service is not available then why they connect the calls at the first place.
What more to say, once I even heard thr poorly paid call centre guys talking among themselves ’’Salla chai bhi nuhi deta hai’’ in legendary Bihari accent, actually they put me on hold and forgots to press hold button or whatever equivalent might be.
Please you all be aware of this ripp-off operator. It’s not a very nicer way to expressing myself, but afterall AIRETL promotes expressing.
