I have an Airtel broadband fixed connection for last three years. Currently I was using 799 plan with 20 GB cap at 2 mps speed. In my November bill, Airtel increased the plan rate by fifty rupees and charging me 850/- and mentioned in my Nov bill that fifty rupees has been increased. Now, the interesting part is that Airtel still has 799 plan with 20 GB cap at 4 mps speed.
They didn’t change my plan because they need my CONSENT. But they didn’t need my consent to increase the fifty rupees. Anybody who reads this will understand that how airtel is making money.
