Though the speed is a little good at my office but at my home it slows down to 2/3 Mbps speed since the network area is not really wide even though it promises a really good speed in agra district.
Another problem is the customer service the service providers do not co-operate with the customers and are not ready to provide a new sim easily.
Even the charges have increased in the past and sometimes requires a new day to refresh my plan, after getting paid.
