Last Friday, I bought a airtel sim from a shop nearby. From the moment I gave the shop guy the money, I feel like why I bought airtel.
My sim isn’t activated yet. I mailed to 121 and airtel presence. I didn’t get any replies till now. I called the customer agent, he told to dial 59079. I couldn’t call from my airtel no, it said since I have not submitted my form, I can’t make calls. So, I called them again and told what had happened, they told it’ll get activated tomorrow.
Saturday, I went to airtel guy, he told he has sent the form to airtel. I called airtel, they told my form is under process, it’ll get activated by tomorrow 12 midnight.Sunday, I again called them, they told it’ll get activated by today, it didn’t get activated.
Monday morning, I went to airtel showroom and told what had happened, they told they can’t help. when I returned home, got a call to my alternate number, I think it’s for verification, I answered their questions and they told it’ll get activated by today. Sadly, it didn’t get activated.
Today, I called them back they told, I haven’t submitted the form yet. He told to contact the shop guy from where I got the sim card. Since, it’s Diwali today, it’s closed. I’m planning to go tomorrow there, it’s either me or it’s airtel.
Cheater! Liars!
My suggestion is do NOT buy airtel simcard.
