Airtel, as of I know it is the most popular cellular network in India. I am a user of Airtel cellular network since past 6 years. To be frank I am very much satisfied with the services provided by Airtel. As compared to other cellular network providers the vast reach of Airtel’s network makes you connected to the rest of the world even if you are in the remotest area of the country. That’s the reason why airtel is famous and has huge customer base in rural areas. After the entry of reliance jio network of course airtel faced huge losses and loss of customers but it has raised again with new tariff plans and attractive data cum talktime plans. Firstly if we had to talk about its network accessibility its super awesome, the reason why I’m applauding it in this way is that, I have used a few other cellular networks but none of them had a great network coverage. Even if you go to the outskirts of your city there is no proper signal. Even if the signal strength is shown good but there were disturbances within the call conversation. But coming to airtel there is no such problem. You can talk almost without any interruption depending upon what network did the person on the other side has. Coming to the data services provided by Airtel, the basic data plans begin with 25 rupees and range up to a wide variety of unlimited data plans such as the data plan of 998 rupees with the validity of 28 days and the data plan of 1495 rupees with the validity of 90 days. The best thing about Airtel cellular network’s data plans is that there are data plans starting from 25 rupees with just a 3 days of validity, which means those people who want to use internet for a small task and for a small duration they can also have the best Internet experience. If we talk about the quality of internet services provided by Airtel it is a little bit decent and not bad as well. Mostly the internet speed is good but if the weather conditions are not good and if you are in a very remote area then the speed of internet is slow and it irritates you a lot if you are in the middle of a work. In its commercial advertisements Airtel challenges that it provides the speedest Internet Services than any other cellular network, but to be frank the quality of Internet it provides is equal to the other internet providers in the market. Coming to the talk time offers as a competition to Reliance jio it has introduced a new offer of 448 rupees, under this offer unlimited STD local and roaming calls are provided and 1 GB internet per day is provided along with hundred local and STD SMS with a validity of 70 days. It is one of the best offer but compared to jio its cost is a little bit more whereas if we compare this plan with other cellular networks it is the best. Apart from this there are other offers such as 199 rupees offer which also provides unlimited calling and 1 GB internet per day along with 100 SMS for a period of 28 days. There are many other talktime plans which provide full talktime otherwise talking minutes which are far better than the offers provided by other networks. The most important aspect is customer service which if we need to discuss about Airtel, then to be frank the customer service is of better quality where is an Android app in Google Play Store called My Airtel App through which we can get most of our customer services. Even if we want some more information we can either chat with the customer agent otherwise we can have a live conversation with the Airtel customer service agent through its customer care call centre. We can get all the information like the account balance, the subscriptions we have made, the plants which we have subscribed and what other offers are available as per our mobile number through this app. Even it provides the opportunity of having an account in Airtel payments Bank. If we want to have dish connection for television entertainment then, yes, we can order Airtel Digital Service through the app itself. The airtel network also provide different android applications like wynk movies, wynk music and wynk games. These apps are somewhat good but not very great in terms of usage. Wynk music app is somewhat better and similar to the other apps such as gaana and Saavn. Wynk games app is not very interesting and the games provided in that are also very boring and they can be find in internet. If anything negative is there about this particular network then it is that sometimes the offers are not that attractive and the customer service centres available in different cities not customer friendly and they do not respond to the Complaints and queries of the customers in a cordial manner. And we don’t get a better quality of signal strength if we are living in a congested room or a building which indicates that the signal strength is not very deeply accessible. There are good talktime plans and data plans but it has failed in providing effective SMS services and of course it is an outcome of the effective chatting applications which have arrived in the market like WhatsApp. Overall if you are thinking of getting a new cellular network connection and wondering which is the best one then it would be a better option to choose Airtel cellular network. Of course of course the office and plans provided by other cellular company maybe attractive but the quality of service lies with airtel company. You may face a little bit inconvenience but still it is a better option than other networks.
