I have been with Airtel for almost a decade now and for the first time I needed some help from them but has been a trauma looking for a solution for 3 weeks which they claim to solve in 72 hours.
I hold an Airtel prepaid number 8800601515 which I have requested to transfer to myplan 3 weeks back. There are so many un-monitored agencies started by Airtel who come and collect the documents.
They collected the documents on the promise that they will give me a microsim replacement the next day of submission of documents. However, after calling them for three days finally the agency says we can only provide you the normal sim and youll have to collect the micro one from the Airtel showroom. I then asked them to cancel my request and he promised that I am tearing the documents and you can take the connection from showroom.
And the moment I went to the CP, Delhi showroom, the misery started. They took the papers and requested that since we are moving showroom so if we take 5 days will that be ok? and I agreed. After 5 days I get a call that your number is blocked by the agency and were trying to solve it. They have now stopped picking up calls and I am so upset with their service and facing constant network issues as well.
I am now going to change my service provider to Vodafone. Airtel literally sucks and dont care for their long standing customer. It has been so much difficult to get through the stupid customer care and they only suggest to visit the relationship centre and relationship centre never responds.
