Bad experience

I am a Airtel customer from last couple of years.My no is 8859028801 .I have upgraded my sim from 3 g to 4g before 3 months.There is a compromised call and internet quality in my location.Before I was a idea customer , I ported my sim to enjoy high speed internet and a call quality as they saud in their advertisement.But from last nearly 40 days I am unable to send free sms.i recharged my no with 399₹ , 70 days unlimited offer on 20th oct. I also spoke with customer care they said that sir u got only 100 sms for 1 month only. If that is your plan than why u said unlimited plan and didnot mention it in plan .Also you have to wait a long to talk to customer care repersentative.Really a bad experience for me.Thinking to port my sim in some other network.every sim operator should provide their plan details clearly with the plan.they are hiding these informtions from customers to make cheated money.My advice plese read all terms and condition and should talk to customer care repersentative and record his voice before taking any recharge plan.
