I would like to share a pathetic experience with so called telecom big giant AIR TEL, I requested for a wi-fi connection the gentleman Mr.Balmukund visited my place and with a promise of proper wi-fi connection next day and can you beat that he never picked up my call next day finally I spoke to his manager Mr.Shukla( I am sorry I didnt bothered to take his full name because I never expected AIRTEL to be so cheap) and the 5th day manager responded and said I can not get the wi-fi connection as they have some technical issues.
So his agent should have informed me well in advance that he will face some technical issues how can you take money in advance if you are not sure that you will be able to provide services or not and that to just for the sake of you better incentive how can you make your customer suffer what kind of Customer service is this that to from AIR TEL and till today the agent`s number is switched off Its been 10 days now and Mr. Shukla is helpless as he can refund my money after 45 days through cheque, So a company promises to provide a service and his agent takes money from me and his phone is switched off since 10 days and his manager is helpless not even as a gesture called me once or apologies KUDOS to AIRTEL for such a fantastic service.
