I have recharged today morning for the amount of Rs.50/- and got 41.50 as talk time. After 30 minutes, I got another message saying recharge is successful. They have done another bogus recharge using the same bank transaction.
They have duplicated the billdesk transaction and deducted 100 rupees from my account even though I have recharged my mobile only for 50 rupees. It is horrible that there is only one transaction appearing in my bank account where 100 deducted from my account instead of 50. I really felt cheated by airtel by their unfair practice and new style of cheating using their payment gateway. Also when I had chat with their executive amit kumar, she bluntly started arguing TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Even called those idiots on 198 and they disconnected my call thrice. I will not be using their services anymore.
