Stay the hell away from airtel

I am writing to tell you that I am absolutely disgusted with  your customer service.  I have been calling you all day long, you don’t  even the courtesy to answer the call. I have received a bill saying that  I have downloaded 49.5mb, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never   downloaded more than 2 mb a month in the last four years. You can check  the records. I have data usage counter on my phone which keeps a record  of the exact number of bytes downloaded and uploaded , even during  browsing. So don’t give me this bull crap. If this ludicrous charges are  not knocked off from my bill, I am going to go public and let everyone  know about this daylight robbery. I am not going to take this lying  down. I am going to personally force everyone I know, to switch back from  airtel. You have the audacity to charge your customers for calling your  customer care number and have the indecency  of disconnecting my call  after putting me on hold for 6 minutes? You should be ashamed to call  your self a company. You lack business ethics.
