I wanted to transfer my number from regular to micro sim but at first Airtel executives gave me a H2 sim instead of H1 sim, later they replaced it with H1 micro sim and charged me Extra money. Now they are saying that my No [protected] is deleted from the system because of SIM Number updated on H2 SIM. They again gave me simple H1 sim and said number will activate on new sim ( sim No 8991 93031 46624 85210 H1) . Now its been 7-8 days my sim is still not activated and always showing SIM registration failed. In the whole process my number was deactivated for almost 18-20 days and it’s really sad that the airtel customer executives are showing an ignoring attitude.
So service is worst.
