I am using airtel since last 3 years as a corporate connection.My wife also use Airtel as a prepaid customer.We wanted a Nano sim for her so in the process of doing that we got to know that the number she is using for almost 2 years is not even under her name.
It was under somebody Else’s name.Though we gave our documents and even phone verification was also done.than I went to my nearest airtel store, which is in uttam nagar.there an idiot girl named Neha misbehaved with me and said that she cannot do anything and humiliated me big time.than I raised my concern again in customer service and a guy named Shobhit handled it for 14 days.He also did not anything and he made fol out of me.than I spoke to his senior named Hitesh Sharma .He somehow helped me in resolving this thing in just 2 days.
For which I appreciated him a lot.However I asked him clearly that I need apology letter signed by the accused people, for which he said that it will be done.He tried but he could not because His seniors refused to do this thing.He told me the most ridicules thing I have ever heard in my life that Airtel can ask their employees to Resign but they cannot make them sign the apology letter.This is Insane and nonsense.It clearly shows that how inhuman Airtel is for everybody.Be it for the costumers or for their employees. After speaking to So many seniors in Airtel.
I just realized that this company do not value their clients at all.For them their Ego is top Most Priority.It is very upsetting experience for me.So now I have decided to teach lesson to this company.I was treated badly earlier as well so many times by Airtel.But I never took any action till now.However it is high time.Being a consumer I cannot take this nonsense always.I am going to take a very strong legal action against this company.Because what they have done is illegal.They are using consumer’s documents for somebody’s Else’s number.Which is a very serious offense.
In Prepaid people don’t check anything after them number is activated.However one of the Airtel employee admitted that even after the phone verification them number is always activated on the basis of physical documents only.So it is a very serious crime, which these people are doing.There has to be a strong action against this.Or else people can be in trouble, because their personal data is being misused.
