Recently airtel launched a free service known as open network and anyone can view and submit network coverage problems, knowing this I lodged a complaint as signals were not available properly in my home.
They asked my details and registered a complaint and within a week I got a call to my landline saying that my complaint has been resolved and I asked them why did they call to my landline number, the customer care executive frankly said that my mobile was not reachable and I told that, this was the complaint I registered and you are calling me to inform that ypur issue has been resolved, the executive was dumb struck and re opened the complaint and I never heard from them.
