I did a porting from prepaid Vodafone to Airtel postpaid and it went smooth.after that trouble started Sim got activated and just within hour got deactivated.from that moment I am chasing my Office representative who sold the sell and lot of fake promise, his managers, ARC Madinaguda, Hyderabad.and in three days three Sim has been given to me with promises that sir it will be activated within one hour. They are the best liars of the world.I have lost my mind following up with them.
they themselves are not clear whats going on.I called numerous time customer care also they add more spice to this stories( they tell kind of solution which will make u ROFL).
If this kind of service is continued Airtel is gonna burst in few years.and the credit will go to Airtel service department.
