When you want to buy a new connection people will lick your face and do everything the way you want it to be done.
The nightmare starts when you contact them over the phone. I had the worst experience talking to manner less and unprofessional people who lacked communication skills and professional skills. Hence I ended up cancelling my connection. Their retention team will suck your blood but wont let you cancel. Beware of stupid options like transferring ownership to a friend, temporary disconnected of services and the best relocation of services. They have also overcharged me. Totally disappointed with them.
