Recently I have shifted from New Delhi to Mumbai. I have sent a mail from my registered mail if to convert my postpaid no to prepaid. Now the company is asking me to travel to Delhi for submitting these documents. They will neither accept the documents on mail from the registered email id nor in mumbai.
Such an impractical approach by customer service and airtel claims to be no 1 in technological advancement.
