Pathetic Customer Service and Cheating

I have a Airtel number which is running from last 5 years(Approx). I use to have a corporate plan, which later on I discontinued and took a plan which is Rs.2099 rental which covers 12000min Local+national+Roaming, 2000 Local+ National SMS and 10GB data usage.


Now after a year I suddenly called the customer care and tried to check the why I am charged a higher Bill though I have not exhausted  my limit. They say that your local and national calls are free but You will be charged on CUG(Local) numbers. and I am being charged for the same for the whole year now. Can any one make me understand now what kind of Rubbish services are this.


and I called customer care(Which is so called Platinum customer care). A guy name shanawaz answered my call and disconnected after putting me on hold for 6 minutes when I asked him to transfer my call to Supervisor. next time I called I somehow got a supervisor(Nitesh) after waiting for 6 minutes now this supervisor is not ready to take the responsibility of miss selling. this guy is practically very rude.


And I asked for a TL or A manager to speak to but he did not transfer the call and he simply refused by saying that they all are busy on other calls. I waited for completely an hour but no body came to attend me. I do have the complete recording saved with me.


After paying a Monthly Bill of Rs 3000 this is what I am getting a kind of pathetic services I am getting.
