Poor customer service

How difficult is it to employ a person who speaks in English fluently? Airtel needs to work on getting people who can answer a query. All the best if somethign goes wrong with your connection. Even the team leads and so called floor mangers don’t know how to handle themselves.


When will airtel understand that in order to get more customers they need to improve thier capacity. The number of times I get network busy errors on on phone its just not worth it! Calls also drop so frequently. They offered to install an external antenna but even that didn’t help much. External antennas only boost signal but don’t help to solve network busy problems.


My wife’s phone is always in roaming and when we called to find out why she didn’t have signal they said that there was some network issue and it would be solved in one hour. They refused to register a complain even. She got her signal only after 48 hours.
