There are many complaints with the air tel provider to everyone with the service of Airtel.
I am really Frustrated with the Service of Air tel.
I am thinking to Switch to other Service Provider. Hence Air tel should Concentrate on the Issues of there Customer. In Air tel many thing happened Automatically like(Money Deduction, Game Download, Service Activation) .
There is no healthy communication between the customer care Executive and Customers.
They took the phone on Hold then that will automaticall Hang Up and after that No more communication.
This is what the facilities you are providing to your customers Right.?
