I took a AitTel Prepaid card on July end as soon as I reached home I found that there was no network at my place which is quite near to their customer center at Mumbai I called up the very night from my land line and loged a complain and was assured immediate action .......... but no action was taken......this was repeated for 11 times YES I called customer center 11 time and requested them to take some action as I was not able to receive any call or messages when I was home. Above all this every time I called I had to give all my details again ALL 11 times ....DO THESE GUYS HAVE A SYSTEM IN PLACE ??....After that I had to go to their Malad customer care center in personal where I complained again and requested them to take a action and if it was not possible to improve the network at my place then inform me about it so that I can change the card ....again I was assured that some 1 would come to my place the next day ........after 2 days NO ONE turned up and it was almost 1 month I had the card which was useless.......I HAD TO GO TO THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE AGAIN IN PERSON ......AND THE BEST PART IS JUST AFTER 2 DAYS THESE GUYS HAD NO RECORD OF MY COMPLAIN THAT I HAD MADE JUST 2 DAYS BACK .........SO THIS WAS THE 15TH THIME I WAS GIVING MY address, cell number etc........ I wanted to talk to some one in charge but I was refused...... finally after 2 days I had an engineer comming to my place ( after 11 calls and 2 personal visits ) and assuring me that the network would improve in a few days....its more that 2 weeks after the incident and still there is no network around my area.....I UNDERSTAND THERE MAY HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS BUT I THINK THEY SHOULS HAVE INFORMED ME INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS AND VISITS I STILL HAVE A USLESS AIRTEL CARD AND WASTED RS 500 ITS NOT THE MONET THAT MATTERS BUT THE TROUBLE AND THEIR NON EXISTENT SERVICE IF SOME ONE WANT TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS PLSS DO SO AT roys_amit@hotmail.com.
