Dear Prema Pai,
I am Airtel Subscriber from last 5+ years(Number:Post Paid: 9967xxxxxx), I am directlywritingto you bocz writing to Customer care will send and copy past reply, which I dont take it,
I am also user of service provider like Vodafone & Reliance, but service provided byAirtel is getting worse day by day,
3 issues:I have taken post paid connection long back(9967xxxxxxxxx) for which I have paid Deposit Rs.(apprx 500) which was added to my first bill, I contact Cust care were it was informed that no Deposit was paid.(Seems to be airtel is in need of funds hence deposits are fraudly taken from a/c)
I have taken Mobile office service on my post paid numberprobably in 2009, Plan was 199 unlimited, later due to service issue(Network Problem in Dombivli area service was stopped), I visited relationship center in Dombivli(which stands close now) were desk executive(Bhavana) informed me that after issue is resolved you can re-start Mobile office service at Same Plan 199 Unlimitedas she had take approval from her senior, issue was resolved after 2 months I contacted cust care to activate plan the reply was negative, and there was no such approval, (Seems to be airtel Relationship center onlyrecruited to for collections and to provide falsecommitment)
In moderncompetitive world were Service Providers are trying to provide service for free and attract customer but airtel is charging customer fordialing andcommunicatingwith customer care officer @121, itsabsolute ., I have never comeacrosssuch a stupid decision to control cost, now a days service are provided thru modern techg like IVR, Online Service, chats etc(Seems to be airtel is running short of funds and trying to decrease cost by reducing CC staff)
and last the same mail will be send to all top service providers, Mouthshut.com, & on social networking sites
