I have been a customer since 8 years now and Airtel has always provided me with the perfect speed and support. Hardly experienced any downtimes, whenever I did. I used to call up and in 30-50 minutes an engineer would show up at my doorstep ready to resolve the issue.
Yes, with better support and speed they charge you more than what other ISP’s demand.But in the end, I don’t want headaches just to save 100 bucks or two. It’s the best and I’ve got many premium facilities from airtel also. I would recommend airtel.
