My No.is 9840084310. During floods, I was using airtel wifi thru mobile. just 3 days, and I switched off the cellular connexion. the next morning I saw all my balance gone though 4g was not active. I lost about 400 for no fault of mine. Complaint no one talks all automated.
Lousy service. I am their subscriber for 10 years. They do not know how to treat customers. I wlll change my carrier if I do not get the balance back. Be careful wiith 4g. they may say your applications have used all the wifi and all your balance will be gone.
